Repairs

Common signs that a system needs attention include:

• It does not cool or heat like it used to
• It makes new noises
• It leaks water
• It shows an error code
• It smells musty when it starts

Tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. This helps us bring the right parts on the first visit.

Servicing

A regular service keeps your system running well and helps it last longer. We clean the filters and coils, check the refrigerant and electrical connections, and test that the system runs as it should.

For evaporative coolers, we clean the pads and water system and check the pump and float valve. This is best done before summer.
